I’m Coach Alex, a certified personal trainer with over 8 years of experience helping people of all abilities reach their fitness goals. Whether you’re stepping into a gym for the first time or training for a competition, I’m here to guide, motivate, and support you every step of the way.
My approach combines evidence-based training with genuine care for each client. I believe fitness should be enjoyable, sustainable, and tailored to your life — not a one-size-fits-all plan pulled off the internet. Every session I deliver is built specifically for you.
Outside of coaching, I compete in amateur powerlifting, volunteer with a local youth sports charity, and am always studying the latest in exercise science and nutrition.
