What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as bank transfers. Monthly plans are billed on the same date each month via direct debit or card.
Can I cancel my plan at any time?+
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled with 7 days’ notice before the next billing date. There are no long-term lock-in contracts.
Do you offer a free trial session?+
We offer a complimentary 30-minute consultation where we discuss your goals, assess your current fitness level, and recommend the best programme. Book one through the consultation page.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?+
Absolutely. You can switch between plans at any time. Changes take effect from the next billing cycle. Just let your trainer know or get in touch.
What happens if I need to miss a session?+
Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice at no extra charge. Late cancellations or no-shows will count as a used session.
Are sessions available at weekends?+
Yes. We offer sessions 7 days a week, including early morning and evening slots. Availability varies, so booking in advance is recommended.
